Apple CEO Tim Cook Apologizes For Maps App
Apple‘s Chief Executive Tim Cook offered iOS users a rare apology for the quality of the company’s new application “Maps”, which replaced Google Maps on the iPhone.
He posted a letter on Apple’s website addressed to its customers as a result of the critics and the poor reviews of the new app.
Although this apology does not change the current situation (but shows that the company cares about its customers’ opinion), Tim Cook promises to fix the problem and to maintain the expected high-standard of Apple’s products.
