Apple EXCLUSIVE: Apple iTV Scheduled to Launch This Fall

According to an anonymous source, the Apple iTV is set to launch this fall, along with the new iPhone 6, and will be produced in partnership with Sharp (as hardware supplier). It will be available in 3 different sizes: the smallest one will be 42 inches in size, followed by a 52 inches one and a 60 inches iTV (coincidence or not, these exact sizes are available on Sharp TVs, too). You can also choose between black and white, as Apple accustomed us with all of its devices.

All models will run iOS, with App Store functionality, and the fun part if that they don’t come with a remote control. You will have to use your iPhone or iPad to control the iTV.

Like Steve mentioned, Apple’s newest device will integrate iCloud, so you’ll be able to access your music, photos, videos, TV shows, and movies.

Among these features, the HDTV iTV will also have a built-in camera and microphone for FaceTime video calls, incorporated into a super slim shell with a minimalist look.

“I’d like to create an integrated television set that is completely easy to use,” he said. “It would be seamlessly synched with all of your devices and with iCloud. It will have the simplest user interface you could imagine. I finally cracked it.”

And after all these great news, we must inform you about the disappointing part: the beloved and helpful Siri will not be integrated will the iTV. Maybe on iTV 2.

We don’t have any reliable information regarding the price of the iTV.

What else would you like to see in the Apple iTV? Let us know your opinion.
