iPhone 6 iPhone 6 is Coming in Fall And Apple is Testing iOS 7

It feels like the iPhone 5 just hit the shelves, but we are already expecting iPhone 6. And it is coming. According to sources Apple is testing a device with the identifier iPhone 6.1, which will be running iOS 7. Why 6.1? Because though we call the current Apple smartphone,  iPhone 5,  Apple refers to it as the iPhone 5,1 or iPhone 5,2 depending on the network.

This developer logs originate from an IP address located on Apple’s Cupertino campus. This means that members of Apple’s software development department are testing popular applications from the App Store.

According to the rumored iPhone 6 is expected to launch in the fall of 2013.

Developing a new smartphone often take between one year and 18 months to build, from blueprint to retail. Apple most likely is already working  iPhone 8, too.

Technology analyst at Gartner, Michael Gartenberg, mentioned on Twitter that all the major tech companies are testing their future products.

“Breaking. Apple, Google & Microsoft are all likely testing new products. #OMG #scoop” he tweeted.
Apple is also rumoured to be developed a 2nd generation of the iPad mini. Read more about this here.
