According to the latest rumors the Samsung Galaxy S4 release date will not be until at least May 2013 (most probably April), after the company decided not to unveil its smartphones at the Mobile World Congress. Samsung may use the same strategy as they did last year with the release of the Galaxy S3. The company made a separate announcement regarding the device, before the CTIA Wireless conference in order to put the spotlight on its smartphone.
If you thought the Samsung Galaxy S3 screen was big, think again. The Galaxy S4 will feature a 5-inch 1080p screen, with a FHD AMOLED display, which will offer an amazing contrast.
The latest eight core processor, introduced at CES, will be available on the S4, alongside with 4G LTE connectivity and 2GB of RAM. Regarding the cameras, the Galaxy S4 features a 2-megapixel front camera and a 13-megapixel rear camera.
The smartphone will most likely run Android version 4.2.1 Jelly Bean, the latest one, although other rumors stated the possibility of a Android version 5.0, Key Lime Pie.
Regarding the price of Galaxy S4, it is believed to be around $750 or $250 with contract. The current price of Samsung Galaxy S3 16GB is $199.999 with contact.
The mobile manufacturer did not release any comment about the Samsung Galaxy S4 release.
