iphone 5s release date

According to the latest Apple rumors, the iPhone 5S release date will be this year, in August. Apparently Apple will release two iPhone models: iPhone 5S, which is the next-generation smartphone (a 5-inch display is still possible) and a cheap iPhone (we do not have any reliable sources regarding its name), which will be released for emerging markets. Both smartphones will be manufactured in Taiwan, at Foxconn, a report says.

These rumors come after Samsung announced the launch of Galaxy S4 during an event on March 14th.

The cheap iPhone’s case might be made out of polycarbonate and will have a 4.5-inch display. It will not be a global smartphone and will run on different LTE networks.

Another rumor from an inside Apple source, place the iPad 5 release date in April, at the same event with iPad Mini 2.

iPhone 5S could come in a wide variety of colors and will be available in different display sizes. Its design will not be affected by major changes. Will feature a 1080P full HD display, will include a Broadcom combo chip and maybe the most important rumor is that Apple may include a fingerprint reader on the new iPhone 5S.

It will be powered by a Qualcomm 4G LTE chip and the primary camera will feature 13MP. The 128GB storage option could be available since Apple decided to include it on the iPad 4, too.

Alongside the three new devices a new version of iOS is expected, iOS 7.

What do you think about the iPhone 5S release date? Is it too early? Let your thoughts about this story in the comments.
