The Taiwanese mobile manufacturer’s new high-end smartphone features a stunning and modern design, a large screen and a powerful camera. The HTC One specs are quite impressive and at a first look it seems a great smartphone.
HTC One has a rectangular design, with aluminum insertions, it is very thin and weights 143 g. When you look at the HTC’s smartphone all you see is basically a large screen, without unnecessary margins.
The smartphone’s display is a 4.7-inch, 1080 x 1920 pixels, Full HD LCD3 touchscreen (16M colors), offering 468 pixels per inch. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 2. The videos are recorded at 30fps, with stereo sound and stabilization. Other features include 32 GB or 64 GB of internal storage, 2 GB RAM, the masterpiece is represented by a powerful Snapdragon 600 processor with 1.7GHz quad-core built at Qualcomm’s factory, an Adreno 320 graphics processor.
HTC One runs the latest Android operating system, 4.2.2 a.k.a Jelly Bean.
The battery is Li-Po 2300 mAh. There are no details about the stand-by and talk time.
Regarding the connectivity, HTC One offers Bluetooth, microUSB v2.0, Wi-Fi and 2G, 3G and 4G connections.
The price is estimated to be $200 with a two-year contract for the cheaper version and $300 for the 64 GB version. HTC One comes in three colors Silver, Black, Red.
It is still unknown when HTC One will be available in the United States. A rumor points to a mid-April release. The smartphone will be available at AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and Sprint.
